No Sale Prices Yet Filed for Nine Douglas Property Deeds This Period
Nine property deeds were recorded in Douglas between Aug. 21 and Sept. 19, according to Worcester County Registry of Deeds data, but sale prices were not yet available for any of them, so no price range or median could be calculated this period. None of the nine transactions reflected a traditional sale between unrelated buyer and seller: five involved a bank, loan servicer or Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc. as a party, including deeds on Walnut Street, NW Main Street, Spring Street, Downs Road and Southeast Main Street, and four were transfers between people sharing a surname, including deeds on Oak Street, Webster Street and Brookside Drive. Prices may be added to registry records in coming weeks.
