Nine properties sold in Douglas between Aug. 28 and Sept. 26, but only one sale, 15 Northwest Main St. for $380,000, has a recorded price so far; that figure marks the period's low, high and median. The other eight, including 56 Riedell Rd., 10 Nautical Way, 35 West St., 76 South St., 126 Yew St., 10 Laurel Hill Rd. and 15 NW Main St., are awaiting price data from the registry. Two deeds tied to 56 Riedell Rd. point to a family trust transfer, and two deeds at the Northwest Main Street address suggest the property changed hands twice the same day. With pricing data still incomplete for most of the period, the overall market tone cannot yet be assessed from dollar figures alone.
