Only One of Nine Douglas Property Deeds Discloses a Sale Price
Nine property transfers were recorded in Douglas between Aug. 14 and Sept. 12, but only one deed disclosed a sale price. The 10 Nautical Way Unit 120 condominium sold for $472,963 on Aug. 18, the sole figure available for this period's price range and median. The other eight transfers, including two on South Street and a trust-to-individual transfer on Vine Street, listed no sale price. Two transfers involved Mortgage Electronic Registration Systems Inc., commonly associated with mortgage-related filings rather than standard sales. With price data available for only one of nine recorded deeds, the month's data offers limited insight into overall market conditions.
