The committee voted unanimously Tuesday to approve October minutes and adjourned with an informal agreement to remove the Cummings Court parcel from its near-term work list after Town Administrator Matt confirmed the property deed explicitly permits any vehicle on the land, making future access restrictions legally impossible. Vice Chair Lisa Moszynski reported she had met the day before with site planner Margaret Bacon to scope a formal site plan, covering a boardwalk and bridge, for the Keevan property, with a site walk set for Saturday and a cost estimate to follow. The committee is tracking two grant windows: a T-Mobile grant decision expected by the end of November and a Massachusetts Trails Grant with a February deadline, with Moszynski describing the preferred sequence as "depending on how well we'd get lucky with the T-Mobile Grant, then we could probably go after the Mass Trails for phase two." The committee set its next meeting for December 9 at 2 p.m.
