The other eight transfers, including properties on Locust, Monroe, Pine, South and Main streets, carried no consideration recorded yet. Four of the nine deeds involved a bank or mortgage entity as buyer or seller, and two appeared to be transfers within the same family. With pricing data limited to a single transaction, the deed record does not support broader conclusions about market direction this period.
