Douglas recorded 13 property transfers between Sept. 11 and Oct. 10, but sale prices have posted for only two so far: $50,000 and $101,601, a median of $75,800 across those two. The month's top recorded sale was 164 Walnut St. at $101,601, sold by William K. Pybas II and William Pybas II to LoanDepot.com LLC and Dart Collateral Manager LLC. The other 11 transfers, including three on Yew Street, show price not yet available, a normal data lag at the registry rather than withheld information. Several transfers involved banks, credit unions or mortgage servicers as sellers or buyers, suggesting a mix of foreclosure-related and lender transactions this period. With most prices still pending, the overall tone of Douglas's September-October market cannot yet be determined from this data.
