Nine of the remaining 12 transactions listed a bank, mortgage lender, loan servicer or MERS as a party, suggesting many of the month's filings were mortgage- or servicing-related rather than conventional home sales. Cook Street had two transfers on the same day. With prices recorded for just one of 13 deeds, the data does not support a conclusion about overall market direction this period.
